Bio

Bridget is a licensed Realtor®. She has long been a member of the Santa Fe business community. Her furniture design company, Primitiva, earned a “Best of Santa Fe” award from the Reporter.
In her words: This is my third career. I was in the entertainment industry for 10 years. I began as story editor and later became Senior Vice President—Production at Paramount. I worked with many well-known actors, directors, and writers.
I got fed up with selling “smoke and mirrors” and began a furniture design company, Primitiva, 15 years ago. I sold my designs to range of retailers, from Home Depot to Neiman-Marcus.
I went into real estate because I love helping people make dreams come true. That is the common denominator between all my professions. I worked with Demi Moore to convince her to star in Ghost. I worked with Sears/Lands End to develop an environmentally friendly furniture line. They were a very conservative company and reluctant to try it, but it became a best seller for us both.
I am tenacious, intuitive, creative, funny, and resourceful. I believe that “Luck favors the prepared mind.” I have been fortunate enough to have had a wonderful education and access to a variety of cultures and ways of life. My clients run the gamut from first-time buyers who want a fixer-upper in the low 200K range, to people who are looking for the perfect piece of property to build on, to affluent families looking for compounds with lots of acreage.
I am equally comfortable and accommodating to all my clients. I am a great listener, and nothing thrills me more than the happiness my clients feel at getting they property they want at the right price. I will go to great extremes to make sure my clients are comfortable with every decision, every step along the way.
I moved to Santa Fe from the West Coast 15 years ago so my kids could have the experience of country living before they were grown. Both my boys decided to stay in Santa Fe. My entire family eventually relocated here. We love to hike, ski, raft, and ride horses. I am an avid reader, politically involved, and my “significant other” and I love to dance. We go out dancing 3-4 nights a week when we can. We dance all styles: salsa, country, swing, and even a little tango.
From a client:
This is to thank you ever so much for all your assistance in finding my new home in Santa Fe. I recall vividly walking into this property with you—and saying, “This is MY house.” It was among the first we viewed. You demonstrated an incredible ability to assess my preferences and tastes.
Meeting you was the high point in last summer’s visit to New Mexico. I’d long known that I wanted to live here—but had little hope that I’d be able to find or afford a suitable home. Within two days, you not only located that home, but you also introduced me to a local mortgage broker who could make it mine!
Yes, it took several weeks to close, given the somewhat difficult sellers and my limited finances. But you had the patience and good judgment to guide me every step of the way.
In my book, you’re the greatest real estate agent ever. Because of your insight and professionalism, I’m now living in my dream adobe casita.
Gracias!!!
