I first came in contact with Michael when we secured a house loan from Wells Fargo bank. He was referred by Joni Schukar (along with another realtor). From our first meeting, Michael has been tremendously professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He worked with us very closely and listened very carefully to our desires in terms of a home purchase. I work with the Government and I have moved frequently and dealt with realtors in both buying and selling other houses. I find that Michael is by far the best Realtor I have worked with in buying/selling homes. He searched diligently and found a house for us with all the requirements we needed within an acceptable price range. We then purchased the house.

It has been my experience that once you buy a house, you don´t hear from the realtor again. Michael is the rare exception. After we had bought the house, he has stayed in touch and sent us helpful information about housing and other areas of interest that may be helpful to home owners. I am now in the process of selling my house. I am using Michael as my broker. He continues to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to me and my wife.
