We are excited to announce that Judy Camp has joined Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. She is primarily responsible for implementing our company's growth and business development plans.

Judy has been our Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Regional Manager for the past two years. During that time she has watched the improvements the company has made, often as a result of her suggestions and coaching. In fact, the numbers we are seeing reported at our Tuesday sales meetings about the market trends and the growth of our company can be credited to the hard work of our associates taking advantage of Prudential Real Estate's tools, programs and training.

Judy is an important asset to our senior management team, and we know all of our agents will benefit from her training and coaching background as they work to grow their personal production.

We are fortunate that Judy has agreed to join Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. She loves Santa Fe, and has a great vision for the future of our company. I know Judy will look forward to meeting and working with the real estate community in Santa Fe.

Meet our Supporting Staff

Paula Beaty
Office Manager
North Guadalupe

Having lived here all my adult life, I consider beautiful Santa Fe my home. My family has been in Santa Fe for over 50-years with my father Otis Beaty serving Santa Fe as an Electrical Contractor.

What better place to plant roots and bring up children. Fresh air, beautiful landscape, not to mention sunsets to die for.

I have raised my children in Santa Fe, one son currently in the New Mexico National Guard and one daughter in our local Culinary Arts Program.

Having medical background, I have seen first hand how precious life is. I am now with Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate in hopes to help many realize how truly Santa Fe is the "City Different" and how owning a home in this beautiful place can help us all slow down our busy lifestyles and bring us calm and relaxation. Santa Fe helps bring back a lifestyle that puts family at the top of the list and I am here to help make your drams become reality.

Diane Striene

As a real estate salesperson, in New York and then here in Santa Fe, I loved helping people make their real estate dreams and goals a reality. I found however, that I had even more to offer to other Realtors. My background in marketing research, training, and management gives me an ideal foundation for my roles as Designated Company Trainer and Transaction Coordinator.

My dual passions for teaching and problem-solving are utilized daily in my position with Prudential Santa Fe. My focus is the brokers and Prudential Santa Fe and helping them provide our clients with the best service possible. There are a lot of choices for Realtors in Santa Fe. I help our salespeople to make Prudential Santa Fe the only logical choice.

Meet our Marketing Team

Rafael Contreras
Production Artist

I have been working in the Graphics Arts field for over ten years now. I can remember my first computer illustrations on my Apple IIGS way back in 1988 when I was just a kid. I have been working in design in one form or another since then. It is my chosen profession and I really enjoy it. I graduated from NMSU in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts emphasizing in Graphic Design. I opened up a comic book store a year later and ran it for approximately 4 years. I have since been working in production art with an optimistic attitude and a true joy for design for several companies.

Originally from Las Cruces, NM, I just moved back to New Mexico from living in another state. I am happy to be home, where people are friendly, polite and easy going. Santa Fe is a new town for me. And I have found it is a great place to live.

I am happy to be part of the marketing team here in Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. I want to help bring fresh new ideas that will set us apart from everyone else, by setting standards of professionalism and creative design.

Kyle Moore
Marketing Director
Web Development Team

Born and raised in Pennsylvania I moved to Santa Fe my sophomore year in high school and have been here for the last 10 years. I've been studying the vast outlets of the media arts for the last 3 years and have no plans to stop. Along with the digital art work I keep my self busy by playing guitar in a band as a fun hobby.

Over the past ten years I've grown a great love for the New Mexico countryside; whether it's camping, mountain biking, hiking, cliff jumping, rafting, etc, I try to be outside as much as possible during my weekends.

As a part of the marketing team I strive to bring a new, clean flavor to the look and identity of Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. In the last few months that I've worked here, there has been many changes and growth. I look forward to what the future holds for Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate and more importantly look forward to what I can contribute to that future.

Brian Tercero
Information Technology Manager
Web Development Team

As a native Santa Fean, I have been able to experience first hand what makes this city such a special place to live in. The deep history, rich culture and family traditions are as much a part of me as they are a part of Santa Fe.

I attended UNM's Anderson School of Business where I earned a bachelors in business administration with a concentration in information systems. I am a business owner and have been providing technical services, web design, search engine optimization and consultation for companies throughout Santa Fe and Albuquerque before starting full time with Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. I bring to the table a wide range of knowledge and expertise in technology.

My goal is to help make Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate the most successful real estate company in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Las Cruces and beyond, by providing cutting edge technical services to our brokers, staff and most importantly, to our customers. I am dedicated to pushing the limits in technology and utilizing its benefits in real estate.
