How do I buy a home in Oshara Village?
All homes are now available for purchase so take advantage of this website to view Home Types, Model Plans, Lot Location, and Builder's Bios. Here you will get all the information to create a custom design for your particular needs and price range. Builders started framing in April and the first home completions are expected by August of 2007.

What is the price range for homes?

Are there Affordable Homes In Oshara?

Who is building the homes?
Natural Homes and Oshara Village are not doing the actual construction of the homes but will be working with Local Builders carefully selected by Oshara for quality, financial capacity and after sales service.

Yes. Oshara has many types of business opportunities including high traffic retail space, live/work units, light industrial and office space.

What are the lot sizes?
Patio Homes are 40 x 110 to 120 ft
Single Family are 55 x 110 to 120 ft
Estate lots vary, some are surrounded by open space and others have views from a ridge top and start at 65 x 120 ft

Away from the crowded and congested intersections along Rodeo Road, the Oshara setting offers opportunities for restaurants, shops, and county services serving the growing population clustering around the community college.

Southbound Richards Avenue can be accessed currently from Rodeo Road, and, in the near future, by the Northeast Connector, a new arterial relief route connecting St. Francis and Richards. The NE Connector will reduce the current congestion on Richards and provide easy access to Oshara.
